For all repairs there are two ways to get your console
to us, personally bring it into one of our stores book in your repair
and you will be given a receipt for your console with important
information printed on it as your console serial number, name, phone
number, date received, fault description ... etc, also you can book in
your repair via our web site and within 24hours of you booking it in we
send you a PDF formatted file on your email which you can print out,
pack your console in a box and paste the printout on top of the box and
take it to your closest Australia Post branch there will be no upfront
cost to you at the post office. When we receive you console our
technicians will look at your console and prepare a quotation if your
console was booked in via our web site you can login to our web site and
check the progress of your console 24/7 and if you brought it in
personally to one of our stores you can call us on 1300 885 112 during
work hours and quote your console serial number to find out the progress
of your repair.
Once you have approved the quotation to go ahead with
the repair we will commence the repair and contact you as soon as it is
completed. If you choose not to go ahead with the repair and if the
console was booked in at one of our stores you can pick up your console
as it was no charge to you. If you have send the console via Australia
Post and do not wish to have your console fixed you will have to pay the
freight charges depending on where you sent it from and the size of the
box with in most capital cities it is about $10 each way.
If you wish you can take you console to any of our
stores and book it in person.
If you can not get to one of our stores you can book in
your console via our web site and within 24hours of you booking it in we

Most of the time we need to replace parts in order to
repair a console and most of the major manufacturers provide a 3month
warranty on their repair parts and we have forward that warranty to you.
We give lifetime warranty on the workmanship.
This warranty is a return to base warranty freight,
packaging and other costs to get your machine to us is not covered in
the warranty.
For every repair our quotation consist of two parts, how
much to repair your console and if you wish to trade in your console as
non working unit how much credit we can give you to send at our stores
so you can trade your non working unit in and purchase a new unit from
us. Still if you are not happy to proceed in any of these choices we
provide you we will return your console as closest to the original
condition you brought it in (sometimes specially portable consoles with
cracked cases ones it is disassembled it may not fit back together
exactly as before). If you have send the console via Australia Post and
do not wish to have your console fixed you will have to pay the freight
