Symptoms: Xbox360 slim console turns on menu comes up on screen fine but would not recognise discs.

How we fix: Some times we can reallign the laser and service the drive if so it would cost $25.00 worst case we have to replace the drive section which would cost $99.00.

Symptoms: Often when the tray has been kicked accidently either it would not go all the way in or would not come out.

XBOX 360 Red ring of death / three red lights of death E74 or Black screen of death

Symptoms: Xbox 360 console turns on and immediately show flashing three red lights around the power button, turn on and display E74 error on screen or turn on but nothing on the screen.

How we fix: This is an over heating problem first thing we need to do a x-ray on the motherboard to see how far the damage has gone and if it is repairable or not.

Cost: $65 for motherboard repair

There are some claims it is only a HDD fault but we tested this error and if the console turns on and a minute after goes to RROD then it maybe HDD error but if it goes straight into RROD it is the overheating related error.
